ipodman
yep thats basically it. One day I booted up and got a cannot find com.apple.Boot.plist message I cannot find a way to restore the drive. Doesnt work with disk utility on the DVD - it recognizes the drive and partitions but pulls up a "Input/Output error" and fails. the XP install dvd doesnt work and this other repair CD I found that has tons of tools for drives and stuff. I've tried them tons of times. sort of getting into the drive reformat and then it said that it was going to take like 1000 hours and then my battery died. Also another tool is used for repairing drive it cannot do anything. please someone help. this kills me.
