mrfatboy
i'm guessing you burned the CD as a data CD and not a bootable CD. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/168866-ideneb-14-1056-not-booting/#findComment-1167797 Share on other sites

mrfatboy
do you have a CD that you know for sure that boots in mac? Try that first to make sure your drive is working or if you burned correctly. StanelyDOG
I don't see how that would help. A mac CD/DVD would no work for now seeing that I am trying to install OSX. Here is a stupid question ; I downloaded iDeneb 1.4 it's in a regular folder. How would I go about and turning that into a bootable dvd? mrfatboy
i just downloaded the ideneb iso file and burned it to a CD. I used PC burning software to do it. I clicked on "make bootable". StanelyDOG
What I have downloaded is a simple folder with "iDeneb_v1.4_OSx86_ISO" has the name and a zip file inside it with a Work Doc. Where would I find an image of the installer?
