I took your system specs and ran a conservative setup with the PSU calculator. At 90% load its pushing around ~274W. I would go with a good 450-500W PSU to comfortably power that setup. Now if you are wanting to upgrade some time in the future, I would say take a hard look at a good 500+ watt power supply for the amps available on the 12v rail. Corsair HX650 - The Egg This PSU is what I would use personally, will pwoer your setup with plenty of power to spare and has the amps if you ever want to move up to an i7 / stronger video.
