Hello there!

I have a 4 year old Dell Latitude D505 laying around that I wanna install OSX on. The problem is that it wont boot after I've installed using iDeneb 1.3 or 1.4, the version doesn't make a difference.

Computer specs:

BIOS version: A09

CPU: Intel Centrino Pentium M 1.6 GHz

RAM: 504 MB (8 MB reserved video memory set in BIOS)

Video: Intel 855GM/855GME

Audio: Sigmatel 9750

LAN: Intel PRO/100 VE

WLAN: Intel PRO/Wireless 2200BG

When booting after the installation (whether it succeeded or not, depends on settings in Customize) I get stuck in the same place in the boot process. With the -v flag I see that the last message is:

MAC Framework successfully initialized

using 2621 buffer headers and 2621 cluster IO headers

After that it just doesn't do anything (not even the cursor blinks, if it's supposed to do that dunno).

Using -x or -F doesn't make a difference... In the case of -x you can see it loading things but the it just outputs the same things and gets stuck in the same place.

I have tested both 1 MB and 8 MB reserved video memory, only difference is I get another font using 1 MB. And of course the BIOS then says I have 512 MB memory instead of 504 MB using 8 MB reserved video memory.

Any help would be great! :D

Thanks in advance :)
