As you can see SSE3 is not displayed here and the CPU is not a 3.8 Ghz one. I have the Pentium D 920 I have a 10.4.5 installed OSX upgraded to 10.4.6 Anyone knows why is that? However, that sse3 is not shown does not mean that your osx does not handle it... check the board.
