Mac Mad Clare
Since spending a last Christmas with a Mac loving friend I was converted! Sadly, being a student I can't afford a Mac so I've given the OSX86 way a go! Using iDeneb I've successfully managed to get Leopard running on my Toshiba Satellite 350-20F (model PSLD8E 09C008EN) but have no sound, cannot change the screen resolution and the built in wireless card isn't detected. Everything else though seems to be fine. This is where my newbie-ness comes into play: How can I find out what devices are inside my laptop so that I can get it fully functioning or, better still, is there anyone out there who could actually show me what else I need to choose to install and from which version of the various installions by using the system details of my laptop that I've given out above? If there's any of you clever geniuses who can help me then I'll buy you a drink and give you a peck on the cheek when you're next in my town! Clare.
