Gigabyte GA-EX38-DS4 installation problem with retail 10.5.4

I am having difficulty while installing Retail 10.5.4 leopard on my PC, spec are as under:

 

Processor: Intel E8200 Core 2 Duo 2.66GHz

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EX38-DS4

Ram: 2GB G-Skill DDR2 800Mhz Ram

Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 2600 pro PCI-E

Hard Drive: 500 Gb Seagate SATA II 7200 rpm

DVDRom : IDE Sony Dual Layer DVD Writer

 

 

now the problem is that when i try to boot using boot 132 method, only IDE DVD rom is displayed.

HDD is not being displayed at all. a couple of times with some kexts i was able to see my 500 GB drive as 128 GB only which is value strange and definitly not what i want.

 

i would also want to tell here that I have more than 2 SATA drives so enabling AHCI is not an option here.

 

currently my SATA IDE is working in Legacy IDE mode which i have seen in the link below is workable and i should be able to see the HDD properly.

with same BIOS setting i am able to see my HDD in Kalyway 10.5.2 installation and also installation is successful.

 

can anyone with same specs guide me to make a working boot 132 CD in Legacy IDE mode?
