1MB Transferraten mit 945PM Express/ICH7-M iDeneb 1.4

Hallo!

 

Ich habe gerade es nach mehrmaligen Anlauf geschafft, iDeneb 1.4 halbwegs zum Laufen zu kriegen.

allerdings ist es ein extrem lahmes Vergnügen, da die Controller nicht richtig angesprochen werden,

Xbench zeigt festplatten-Werte von ca 1MB/s an, und sobald ein Festplattenzugriff ist, verbrät kernel_task ziemlich viel CPU-Zeit.

Ich habe gesucht, aber bisher nichts spezifisches gefunden und weiß nicht weiter. Kann bitte wer helfen?

 

Meine Hardware: Lenovo 3000 N100 Laptop 945PM Express Chipsatz mit ICH7-M und C2D

 

specs

 

ich arbeite wieder unter meiner alten Kalyway 10.5.2 weiter, brauche aber bestimmte Programme, die 10.5.6 benötigen.

 

im Installer als Chipsatz ist AppleGenericPCATA ausgewählt, der Default-Chipsatz (da steht nirgendwo welcher das ist!) bekam ich immer "still waiting for root device".

es gab auch eine ICH7/8/9-Option, ging aber nicht: wenn ich gebootet habe, hat der PC nach ca 1sec booten schlagartig neugestartet.

 

Ich finde keine gescheiten Infos zu dem ICH7-M / 945PM-Express und weiß jetzt nicht weiter wo ich ansetzten muss.

Nach Update auf 10.5.7 war das Problem behoben. Fühlt sich gleich viel besser an, mit 30fach schnellerer Festplatte :-)
