FruitRocks Posted May 27, 2009 Share Posted May 27, 2009 Okay here my specs: intel pentium D 2gb ddr2 ram nvidia geforce 8400 gs 256mb problem: I've installed kalyway sucessfully on my hdd before. I had to reformat it so I lost install. Now when I go and install it it says it can't verify extensions even when I've done no custom install. WTF?!!!!!! now I go and install JaS mac os x server 10.5.4. After it gives me a stupid FireWire error, it says still waiting for root device. I've tried going into bios, but all I can do is tell it to boot first. Did that doesn't work. I think DVD is IDE, and I know hdds are sata. Any help please? wolvorine4424 Posted May 27, 2009 Share Posted May 27, 2009 havent had this problem yet. what are you using to install KEXT files (I assume this is what you mean by extensions) I have installed OSX 10.5.7 8 times to work out the problems, but never had a problem like yours.
