Hello,

I just installed the retail version of Mac OS X 10.5.7 on my PC. I got most of the hardware working but as for the graphics there aren't any kexts released yet. I have a GTX 260, and I know there is just no way to get one.

But I have another problem. If I drag a windows anround I gotno clear window again. But as images say more than word here 2 images of the error.

I want to know if there is a way to solve that problem or do I have to wait for a kext for my GTX 260?.

Thanks in advance

I am aware that there is no kext for this Graphics card as of yet, but I do know that this card works perfectly on Snow Leopard.. If you can install the Retail Version of Leopard 10.5.7 with no problems, then I don't see why there would be any problems with Snow Leopard either.. Although Snow Leopard on a Hackintosh is currently not dealt with on these forums :P

Thanks, for the help.

I now would like to know if it is possible to install Snow Leopard via Upgrade or do I have to completly reinstall the system?

EDIT:

I tried to install Snow Leopard but as I want to start the setup it writes:

"Loading HFS+file: [mach_kernel] from 42346f0

Loading HFS+file: [mach_kernel] from 42346f0"

It shows up twice, then nothing a black screen and nothing happens, I waited for about 20 minutes.

I used 132-boot. Can someone tell me what am I doing wrong?

Thanks
