Sert J
I have an error in booting the mac which is installed in a guid partition with chameleon 2.0 it just stays in the chameleon gui bootloader(where you select the disk you want to boot) if i didn't set the the timeout in com.apple.boot.plist if the plist is set in this way <key>Kernel</key> <string>mach_kernel</string> <key>Kernel Flags</key> <string></string> <key>Default Partition</key> <string>hd(0,2)</string> it stops at the gui bootloader, and i need to press an enter in order to load into the partition disk0s2 but if i add a timeout in the plist key>Kernel</key> <string>mach_kernel</string> <key>Kernel Flags</key> <string></string> <key>Default Partition</key> <string>hd(0,2)</string> <key>Timeout</key> <string>5</string> it loads the partition disk0s2 automatically after 5 seconds i just wonder is there any way to load the partition disk0s2 without countdown, i think this is related to the active partition, but i have no way to flag the partition disk0s2 as active by fdisk in terminal with a guid partition table hard disk, all the partitions show as one. fdisk -e /dev/rdisk0 fdisk: could not open MBR file /usr/standalone/i386/boot0: No such file or directory Enter 'help' for information fdisk: 1> p Disk: /dev/rdisk0 geometry: 77825/255/63 [1250263728 sectors] Offset: 0 Signature: 0xAA55 Starting Ending #: id cyl hd sec - cyl hd sec [ start - size] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *1: EE 1023 254 63 - 1023 254 63 [ 1 - 1250263727] <Unknown ID> 2: 00 0 0 0 - 0 0 0 [ 0 - 0] unused 3: 00 0 0 0 - 0 0 0 [ 0 - 0] unused 4: 00 0 0 0 - 0 0 0 [ 0 - 0] unused fdisk: 1> So, is there any solution to load into partition disk0s2 (which is a partition in guid partition table) automatically without countdown with chameleon 2.0?
