zevince
Hi, Sorry for my english.. I've installed MacOsX 10.4.6 (Jas), on this : Number of CPUs 1 Specification AMD Athlon™ 64 Processor 3000+ Instructions Sets MMX, Extended MMX, 3DNow!, Extended 3DNow!, SSE, SSE2, x86-64 =============================== Graphic card : Nvidia Geforce 6200 1 Go de RAM After install, when he says he will reboot, he just hangs up and i have to reset (hard).. But seems installation went fine I've selected AMD base, SSE2 et update 10.4.6 from patchs But when i boot on the new MacOsX here is the message : Panic cpu 0 caller 0x0019CFFC : compage no match on last routine... What could be the probleme ?? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/16680-probleme-au-premier-boot-jas1046/ Share on other sites

TheG2
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ est SSE3. EDIT: CPU-Z indique que mon processeur est SSE3 mais les caractéristiques sur www.AMD.com indique SSE2...je ne sais pas. Vous enlevé le juste de CD après installation ? Sorry, my french is only so good... Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/16680-probleme-au-premier-boot-jas1046/#findComment-108716 Share on other sites
cbmkgd
From sorimina pic, seems a problem related to ACPI/APIC. Search for 'acpi' in forums, might find answer. @TheG2: There were two Athlon3000 released. One without sse3, followed by one with sse3, the 'Venice core'... you might have this latter one, and zevince the former. 1N54N3
Hi it's easyjust boot with the OS DVD, at the install menu choose Utility/Terminal type : cp /mach_kernel /Volumes/YOUR_MAC_PARTITION/ and reboot Have a good day PacoPad Tried this as I have exactly the same problem as the TS. Tried with my volume : -bash-2.05b# cp/mach_kernel/Volumes/Tiger (Tiger being my volume) Response : -bash : cp/mach_kernel/Volumes/Tiger: No such file or directory I've checked wheter the HDD is visible to the system and doesn't seem to be the problem. When I continue the installation, the installer does "see" the volume..... Might be the problem that I have a SATA HDD in my laptop? Installer thinks its a ATA drive..... plebihan
You forgot the spaces .. It's not cp/mach_kernel/Volumes/Tiger but cp /mach_kernel /Volumes/Tiger/ I dont think that your Sata disk is the problem because you have installed it...
