n00b_hackintosh
I have a Leopard working via iDeneb plus manual fixes on an HP DC7100 (3Ghz P4). This has got me thinking about keeping my hard-earned, and not splashing £1.5k on a new 24" iMac. As such, I'm looking to the potential for buying an off the shelf PC and going the OSX86 route again. Can anyone recommend a good compatible off the shelf PC for <£500? I'd like it to have:- 2.2Ghz Core 2 duo or better RAM unimportant, as I'm happy to upgrade to the 4Gb I'd want. HDD unimportant, as I'm happy to upgrade to the 500Gb I'd like. Reasonable Nvidia Gfx Cheers Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/166707-recommend-off-the-shelf-pc/ Share on other sites
