Fatal Posted May 4, 2006 Share Posted May 4, 2006 Hey guys, I first off want to thank the community for all these wonderfull threads that I've used to solve my problems. The issue is that I have a Audigy 2 NX usb soundblaster, it get's detected fine and it all works.. at 22050hz. Anytime I change it to 48 or 96 it craps out. Now there's no way I can deal with the muffled 22050 sound, but it seems that a few people have it working. The weird thing is, I have the SBLive! 24-bit USB, and that works perfect! But I bought the Audigy and if I have a better card, I want to use it. I heared the JaS 10.4.6 had a patch for USB soundblasters, so I've fresh installed that with the patch and it doesn't seem to do a damned thing. Fatal Posted May 4, 2006 Author Share Posted May 4, 2006 Hey, I've solved the problem. I've used the 10.4.3 IOUSB kext and it solved the problem. I think I get a little popping here and there, but nothing too bad. Maybe this will help somebody else having the same problem.
