Scorpio123
Hey there, I have a nVidia 7950GT 512MB graphics card, and got QE and CI working perfectly with EFI Strings on an iPC Leopard 10.5.6 AMD-Voodoo install.. However, i'm having a really weird problem.. Basically, if i boot the PC straight into OS X, my monitor goes into standby, and then i get a light blue screen... HOWEVER, if i boot into Windows first, and then reboot into OS X, everthing's working fine!!! Any ideas what's wrong.. Its really annoying to have to keep booting into Windows and then restarting to OS X all the time lol Thanks for any help! somoneybaby
What happens if you boot with -f? See if that helps. If it does, just add it to the com.apple.boot.plist I have to do that with my Linksys WUSB54GC thumb. Scorpio123
Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately that doesn't seem to work So do you have a similar problem if you don't boot with -f ? Beerkex'd
Try using the other monitor output on the card. OSX likes the monitor to be connected to the output that's closest to the motherboard.
