Display don't change resolution

I have a Geforce 2 Ti and I install NVidia Beta2 sucessfully.

 

All is working fine, but I can't change the resolution.

 

The only one accepted is 1024x768 60/70/75/85Mhz.

 

When I change to another resolution or Refresh Rate turn the image unreadable

 

This is my com.apple.Boot
