i can't install MacOSx 10.5.4 on DELL INSPIRON 1501

i searching to the this website but can't fix my problem

CPU : AMD Sempron 3500+ 768MB RAM 80GB SATA Driver

my os is windows xp sp2 and drive [C] and [D] is NTFS

Drive for MAC OS is FAT32 Primary

i Boot from VMWare Workstation v6.5 [using -f ]
