Hello, Yes I know this a very noob post but I have been out of the OSx86 world for a little while now and can't find this. But I am installing xxx osx86 10.5.6 ideben on a dimension 9200 and saw under the HCL list that the ahci file needs to be modified to understand the ICH8R chipset this thing has but says if having a waiting to root device error. After my install I get past the apple logo just to a blue screen and hangs there. To find out the error I was going to use the flags -v and -f in darwin but everytime I try and boot it just flys by that screen and starts to try and load the OS. Does anyone know how that I can enter those flags to monitor the boot process to see why it is failing or if anyone knows why it would hang on the blue screen like that right after install any help would be greatly appreciated.
