Hello gurus,

I have downloaded Leopard OSX by brazilmac. I am trying to install it on my Dell Inspiron E1505. But I could not install it. It does not want to install on any of my hard drives. I tried both on a completely empty hard drive as well as with XP media center installed on the C:\ drive.

When i get to the screen where it asks to select the media to install the OS on, my hard drives show up with a red "X" on them and a message at the bottom stating that it does not recognise the media( something like that).

So, does Leopard not install on an NTFS format? Or is there something i am missing?

Any inputs are greatly appreciated. I am new to Mac..so please pardon my ignorance.

Thanks in advance

the partition has to be formatted to fat32 and then with the disk utility on the mac install disc format it to Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
