Installation Kalyway On D830 Laptop

Hello, I'm a new user and i very impressed about the job of this forum.

 

In the last 2 weeks I try to install on my D830 OSx with Kalyway DVD version 10.5.2, but until now i don't find a good solution.

 

Yesterday I try to instal Kalyway with original Vanilla Kernel and everything was ok but after when i try to follow the guide of "roneil4" to ugrade OSx form 10.5.2 to 10.5.4 with 10.5.4 combo update from the apple website i have a problem.

I start the terminal and block the kext AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext, start the installation and during i see something write on the terminal and after 1 minute more appears the message to ask me to Press and Old Down the power button. I do this but now nothing work. I try to restart but every time the system ask me to press the Power button.

 

I don't now why what happen??

 

I try to find the solution on the forum but i can't find nothing.

I dont mean to be a {censored} but you should just try searching the forums. I did a simple search for dell D830 and found this guide:

Start there and report any difficulties to that forum.

You do a simple search, but you don't do a simple read. If you read me post you can see " I try to follow the guide from "roneil4" " and that guide is the same of your post.

 

Next time before write something i think is better if you read before.
