GIRL, help with new installation on an Acer Aspire!

Hello to you all. I really need your help guys. I am a computer lover, but I think not enough if I am afraid to install a copy of leopard on my laptop. I really am excited about new operating systems, but I have no idea if I can do it on my Acer Aspire 1650.

I am going to give you all the details about it and if you can give me an advice I will be grateful.

- Intel Pentium M processor 740(1.73 Ghz, 533 Mhz FSB, 2 Mb L2 cache)

-ATI Mobility Radeon X300

80 GB HDD

1GB DDR2

802.1b/g wireless LAN

Hopefully this will help. I just need to know if it will work. I have seen that there are different types of this operating system, but i don't know which to choose. And what I do with the drivers. Will i find everything I need? And my last question, sorry guys for being such a nuisance , if I install mac osx on my C partition, will i keep my other partition safe or i will lose everything on my computer???

I am really sorry thAT i don't know these things, but I want to be in the trend too .

you will no longer be using your C: partition, as that is for windows and a different file system, you'll most likly loose everything on the drive. Best of luck with your installation.

Um... can't this person partition the HDD, and install it on the partition?

 

Then use a bootloader to access both?

 

hmmm... yea I think that is possible...
