cocotili
Hello to you all. I really need your help guys. I am a computer lover, but I think not enough if I am afraid to install a copy of leopard on my laptop. I really am excited about new operating systems, but I have no idea if I can do it on my Acer Aspire 1650. I am going to give you all the details about it and if you can give me an advice I will be grateful. - Intel Pentium M processor 740(1.73 Ghz, 533 Mhz FSB, 2 Mb L2 cache) -ATI Mobility Radeon X300 80 GB HDD 1GB DDR2 802.1b/g wireless LAN Hopefully this will help. I just need to know if it will work. I have seen that there are different types of this operating system, but i don't know which to choose. And what I do with the drivers. Will i find everything I need? And my last question, sorry guys for being such a nuisance , if I install mac osx on my C partition, will i keep my other partition safe or i will lose everything on my computer??? I am really sorry thAT i don't know these things, but I want to be in the trend too . Thanks guys Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/165151-girl-help-with-new-installation-on-an-acer-aspire/ Share on other sites
Hybridchemistry
you will no longer be using your C: partition, as that is for windows and a different file system, you'll most likly loose everything on the drive. Best of luck with your installation.
