Beerkex'd
On systems with a CPU that isn't based on Intel "Core" microarchitecture you should use the Voodoo 9.5.0 Kernel. Those include (but aren't limited to) Any supported CPU from AMD Pentium M Pentium 4 Pentium D Celeron CPUs based on Pentium 4 or Pentium D. Note that a "Pentium Dual Core" is not the same as a "Pentium D". If you're still in doubt if your CPU is part of the "Core" family or not, you can look it up on Wikipedia. dangermike
10.5.5 does not have the option to use the voodoo kernal how do we use it? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/164844-which-kernel-to-use-ideneb-v13-1055/#findComment-1149135 Share on other sites
Beerkex'd
Right, iDeneb v1.3 doesn't come with the Voodoo Kernel. Use the Stage XNU kernel, it's the precursor to the Voodoo Kernel. You can install the Voodoo 9.5.0 Kernel later. http://code.google.com/p/xnu-dev/ Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/164844-which-kernel-to-use-ideneb-v13-1055/#findComment-1149359 Share on other sites
