phredman
how do i get this to stop!!! ERR very frustrated. I have added -nowake to com.apple.boot.plist and that doesnt work, how do i get the -nowake trigger to work on its own? Some how I fixed this issue. I am not sure that what I did, actually did anything at all, but here is what I did: I booted into OSX with the disc, then I did some searching and found this thread. Looked at the -nowake fix, removed disc and tried it, works well. I got annoyed with it, Went to system preferences, and clicked my HDD and told it to restart with it. played a bit and rebooted, booted back into OSX perfectly fine...my audio doesnt work, but that seems to be an issue with the XPS M1530, still working on a consistant audio fix. UPDATE: booting now still tries to put it in hibernate, but somehow wants to encrypt it, but encryption is not supported, so it skips and boots. hope this helps!
