Drag'N Ryder
OK. I have read most of these posts now and understand that my computer (listed properly in signature area) is less than desirable for this process. That due in part to all the nvidia hardware on the board. I understand that I can't run SLI or Nvidia ethernet or several other things in my PC for this but would love to be able to use leopard in a Hackintosh environment. I made it to the actual "preparing installation" screen once and now can't get through the loading of files either by letting it run or by using -v command after F8 command. I have even tried the "vanilla" command and that only makes it about 1/3 of the way through file load before computer reboots. My processor is SSE2/3 compatible so I'm not understanding why this is being so difficult to do. One of the stopping points is "Backtrace terminated" after a majority of the files load. Another is at MAC OS version listing. Please any help that I can get on this would be greatly appreciated. I have friends that use this site frequently and tell me this is the place to post. Thanks for your time and patience with this. Kind of a "NOOB" to this but am a PC tech by trade so not stupid in regards to jargon, building, or anything normally related. Programming not so much. Will try to get screen shots or pics of some kind soon to help a little more. Any other info needed just ask.
