Hello, new person here...

Just kidding...

Anyway, down to business. I'd like to know what I can do to correctly install Mac Leopard (10.5.x) using the latest iPC OSx86 Universal disc to a USB HDD (Hard Drive if anyone doesn't know what that means)

I want to learn how to use Mac OS X for work but I have a PC (IBM R50 no less) and would like to use the R50 as a medium to use the Mac from my external HDD. I've installed it but on boot it just sat there "loading." What settings would I need to use in order for me to get it to at least load faster during boot. (Yes, I realise I could use my 3.0GHz Quad Core at home but I want something portable and to make my mind up about the half eaten operating system)

Any help during the customisation process would be handy and appreciated in furthering my education of the partially eaten software.

Until next fruit picking season... (I hate fruit in general)
