VaioLover Posted April 28, 2009 Share Posted April 28, 2009 Alright so i just purchased a new Sony Vaio FW390, First here is the specs: VGN-FW390 * LCD 16.4" (XBRITE-FullHD™) * 250GB SATA Hard Disk Drive [5400 rpm] * ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 3650 with 512MB vRAM * Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor P8600 (2.40GHz) * WLAN (802.11a/b/g/n) with integrated Bluetooth® technology * Blu-ray Disc™ Read Only Drive [Original Price $100.00] * Microsoft® Windows Vista® Home Premium 64-bit * 4GB DDR2-SDRAM (DDR2-800, 2GBx2) So Heres the start of my questions. 1. Will that PC be able to install OSX 2. Which Distribution should i use? (right now i have ideneb 10.5.6 downloaded but idk which to use) 3. How do i dual boot, Vista is currently installed. How do i part ion my HD and all that? 4. Where can i download the drivers i need? So if anyone could answer those id greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
