Whats up everyone on insanelymac!

I'm getting ready to buy this laptop in an hr, let me know if it isn't going to be compatible...

From what I've read it should work, I've seen some complications with audio and wifi (but also fixes for audio and will probably replace wifi card)

Anyhow m8's here's the link with specs, its an Asus X83Vm-X2 (and a might fine one i may add)!!

Probably a LITTLE more than I want to spend for my Hackbook but it looks like a nice deal. Have you gotten Leopard on it yet?

here is deal...

have same laptop

working 9600 with resolutions but no qe support

audio fine only wid voodoohda and maybe azila

dual core support after patching

lan working

camera working

all good to go except wireless

hope it hepled you pm me if u need any help

I've got a Vostro 1720 with a 9600m GS card in it (but 512 meg ram). I used this xml doc to generate a hex doc to copy and paste it into a Boot.plist (using OSx86 tools). now this config doesn't have the right NVcap or mem amount for your card but I've seen a list of NVCAPs and different memory amounts somewhere. U can do a search.
