I have Mac OS X 10.4.5 successfully installed on my dell pc with everything working including ethernet. The only thing that doesn't work is the sound card, which I expected. I then installed it on my dell 600m laptop and everything works great....sound too. I can not get ethernet or wireless to work. Anyone have this figured out? Thanks

The meat of the info is in the last few pages.

For the wireless...there's a chance we're in the same boat (I have a latitude D610), and you have the Intel 2200 wireless (2915 chip) that currently has no working drivers. I've resorted to a USB wireless dongle that I velcro to the top of the lid and connect with a little 6 inch usb cable.

I have Dell 600m and just everything working! The only issue is video, that doesn't have acceleration for now... And may be irda. I made some tweaks to have wi-fi works like AirPort and then ethernet works too. Sound works just out of the box. My noname bluetooth usb dongle works too without any tweaks and drivers :) I'll search info on wi-fi tweaking that I've made.

Just after installation my wi-fi was working good, but after first reboot it gone. I find out, that there is a problem causing MacOS to think that your wi-fi is just simple build-in network interface (ethernet) so you have to make it think you have AirPort :) I modified /library/preferences/systemconfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist and now all working fine :guitar:

Here I attached my working plist.
