Dell Studio 1535 and iDeneb... dark screen after boot

Hey all,

 

I've had really good success with getting 10.5.5 on my PC.

 

Now I am trying to get it on my lappy - Dell Studio 1535.

 

I'm using iDeneb 10.5.5

 

Any configuration I use to install, it works fine. Then when it restarts after the installation, it shows the Apple logo loading, then for a split second has the blue background and turns dark. I left it like that for quite a while but nothing changes.... just a black screen. I tried different graphic card, chipset, configs but no go.

 

Any ideas? From what I remember it is supposed to load the into video at that point but doesn't - not sure if that's being the issue.
