OSX on a HP and IBM?

Hi, I was wondering how i would install OS X on my desktop and laptop

 

My desktop is a IBM ThinkCentre 8088 series desktop

Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz HT

3.25GB of DDR400

Nvidia Geforce 4 MX 440

1x 640GB hdd 1x 500GB hdd both SATA

Linksys WMP54GS

 

My laptop is a HP Pavilion DV4 1125nr

2.0 Ghz Core 2 Duo

4GB DDR667

Intel graphics

250GB hdd

 

Also how do you duel boot with OSX...does it automaticly set up a bootloader like ubuntu does with Grub?
