Some sorta help here please...

OK...

 

So I install iATKOS and fail.

iDeneb..fail

iPC...FAIL!

 

Usually the problem is the same....some sort of kernel panic.

I get to the apple loading screen and I get the famous ..HOLD DOWN THE POWER BUTTON TO RESET BLAH BLAH BLAH.

 

I've read through countless fourms and bascially they really provide no real help..only boot into verbose mode and see whats going on. ok yeah did that but wheres the solution to whats going on?

 

See..I think the problem is this. No real solution will help everyone because not everyone has the same exact hardware setup. And most people I see around these forums work with the most obviously used boards and what not; like ASUS and so on. ANYWHO.....here is my setup. my EXACT setup.

 

 

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+

Board: MSI K9N6GM-V ( NVIDIA® GeForce 6100 )

Audio: Realtek High Definition Audio ( ALC888 )

Graphics: NIVIDA GeForce 9500GT ( PCIe )

Graphics Intergrated: NVIDIA MCP61 Graphics

On Board LAN: NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller

Wireless PCI: NETGEAR WPN311 RangeMax Wireless PCI Adapter

CD/DVD Drive: Optiarc DVD RW AD-7200A ATA Device

HDD: Western Digital 160GB SATA

Modem PCI: Agere Win Modem ( I dont use this so it can be removed )

RAM: 4 GB

 

 

 

 

If theres anything I'm missing here let me know...

I really will appreciate any help that's given to me to resolve this vexing situation!

[Edit] Finally got it to work...just did the base install now i just need to figure out how to get my graphics card working right...internet and sound.

 

 

[Edit 2] ok got the sound to work..got the net working now i just need to figure out how to get my Nvidia 9500GT 512MB Card working...any suggestions..i HOPE...since no one has actually replied to this thread.
