MrMatt
Okay, Kaylway disc, updated to 10.5.6 (this issue occured before the update for the record) installed onto a Dell Studio 15. so basically, it only works every 5th boot, these are the lines that it stops at (in this order for each time): 1 - Failed to load extension com.orByte.driver.PCGenUSBEHCI. (in yellow? wtf?) 2 - Failed to load extension com.orByte.driver.PCGenUSBEHCI. (in yellow? wtf?) 3 - kmod_control/start failed for com.orByte.driver.PCGenUSBEHCI; destroying kmod 4 - Failed to load extension com.orByte.driver.PCGenUSBEHCI. (in yellow? wtf?) So if anyone has any suggestions on how to keep that successful boot as the ONLY boot, that would be MUCH appreciated. And if anyone has any info on whether the: Intel Wifi 5300 or Intel GMA 4500 HMD now have working kexts flying around that would ALSO be MUCH appreciated. Thanks for Reading! The Alchemist
It seems the USB kexts are screwed up, try USB 2.0 kexts modded by Slice and delete all the previous USB related kexts. Also remove AppleHPET.kext, it does fix some USB related issues.
