I am not new to PC's by any stretch of the imagination, but I have used kalways DVD...got nowhere. Ideneb....same. I partitioned my drive the way I would my Imac, but isnt a list of drivers to be installed supposed to come up? before to OS actually gets installed?. The OS goes through it's install routine and nothing, it reboots a black screen with a blinking cursor and thats it, talk about anti climatic!. Anyway if anyone would care to throw a bone to a bonehead I would appreciate at least a tiny hint or if one of the guru's are feeling froggy a walkthru. I got pissed at the kalway disc and destroyed it so i have the ideneb disc and latest iatkos disk. Now that i see what I have done wrong, what are the chances on me installing Ideneb on a laptop with intels matrix Raid?. has anybody tried that stuff?.
