x.di Posted April 18, 2009 Share Posted April 18, 2009 can somebody explain me why chameleon 2 , PCI efi 9 , and custom applesmbios injectors disables AppleEFINVRam.kext ??? what is the point of this? with default applesmbios.kext i see AppleEFINVRam in my ioreg , with custom applesmbios.kext AppleEFINVRam disabled and my system become unstable!!! Install Chameleon 2.0, place an smbios.plist in your /extras folder and insert the values as shown here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...t&p=1124377 Google the correct values for the Macintosh model you wish to use.
