joaoboston
Hi, I've been running into some problems while trying to install either the Retail Leopard with Boot-132 or Kalyway version. I can get into the setup on Kalyway, and install, but it eventually ends up shutting down (I even have to take the power cord off before I can boot the pc again). With the Retail, I get the "still waiting for root device". Already tried "-v cpus=1 platform=ACPI" (goes into some weird loop) and platform=X86PC (which is the same as writing nothing, apparentely). BTW the point is installing it on an external USB drive I have. Specs: Intel® Core 2 Duo T7500 FSB800 256MB GeForce Go 8400M GS 250GB SATA 5400RPM CHIPSET Intel® 965PM TSSTcorpCD/DVDW TS-L632D-(PM) Thanks for any input.
