AliasJaneDoe
I've been playing with the "Customize" section of the iDeneb 10.5.5 and then 10.5.6 discs for the past couple hours, and either I just haven't gotten it right, or my system isn't compatible. I've gotten the little "no" symbol over the standard Apple boot screen, kernel panic, and once it started fine but when to a black screen instead of getting beyond the Apple logo. Here are my specs: ASUS motherboard P5E-VM chipsets Intel G35 Intel ICH9R video: GMA X3500 audio: realtek ALC883 Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6700 - 2.66GHz 8GB DDR2 800 RAM GeForce 8800 GT 512MB I'm using a new drive, not a partition. So, will my system work, and if so, what do I need to do? Thanks.
