Leopard Install on Asus P5B Delux

I have sucessfully installed Leopard 10.5.6 on my laptop HP Dv7 1002 EA, and now trying with My Desktop with following spec:

Mobo : Asus P5B Delux

HD : Sata connected to the red plug, IDE and Hp DVD Writer

 

Istall starts fine but stucks, with -v param, it says SAM DISK READ WRITE ERROR which i have no idea about.

 

Afterreading lot of Forums i think its something to do with BIOs settings, tried switiching to SHCI mode but no luck.

 

Please Please Please help me.
