tcl987 Posted April 16, 2009 Share Posted April 16, 2009 I'm aiming to install 10.5.5 or 10.5.6, I've posted my system specs, I've been trying to get a couple different distros to work, I've tried Kalyway and it worked with a USB DVD drive however the bootloader was corrupt and I was unable to fix it and had to boot using the DVD, iDeneb never worked regardless of the install options and I now have iATKOS_5i to try but before I waste any more time trying stuff is my system compatible with OSx86? Intel Core 2 Duo E6650 2.33GHz ASUS P5K SE 2 x 2GB Kingston 667MHz DDR2 memory NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 250GB Hitachi Deskstar SATA Hard Drive(Vista x64, unplugged while doing OSx86 stuff) 250GB Maxtor SATA Hard Drive(The drive I'm trying to install to) Generic USB Mouse PS/2 Keyboard(easily replaceable) Logitech ClearChat Pro USB Headset LG ATA DVD Drive Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
