amosct3
Hi, I have an old PC that runs Linux OK. I would like to try Leopard. I downloaded ideneb 1.4 and when I try to install I get a Kernel panic. My system is based on an AMD Athlon XP 2800+ (supports SSE but not SSE2 or SSE3 and is only 32bit), 512Mb Ram, AUSUS motherboard (VIA), etc. As this is such a lowly 32 bit CPU am I wasting my time or is it possible? riws
Forget it, this AMD Athlon Xp 2800+ is too old, no go without SSE2. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/162164-install-on-amd-athlon-2800/#findComment-1133257 Share on other sites
