Chrono86 Posted April 28, 2006 Share Posted April 28, 2006 Hey guys~ I'm using Myzar's 10.4.5. The AC97 sound works but only on the left channel. Most problems about this seem to refer to a VIA chipset but I am using an nforce4. Funny thing is now that I've installed OSX, in Windows now only the left channel works as well...weird right? Chrono86 Posted May 3, 2006 Author Share Posted May 3, 2006 Nope following that didn't work. I have ALC655 onboard sound, and somebody posted a fix for it, but only on a VIA chipset. I have an Nforce4 chipset and replacing the kext with the fixed VIA one totally disabled the sound. Anybody get full nforce4 audio working? I am stuck...
