I am using Kalyway 10.5.2 on my AMD Athlon X2 4000+ Leopard is working perfect on my system with all hardwares working. Now i want to know if i update mac software to 10.5.6 using the software update feature on mac will there be any problem? Beerkex'd Posted April 11, 2009 Share Posted April 11, 2009 That will trash your Kalyway install for sure. You need to keep up with what fixes and patches are required for OSX to run on your hardware so that you can maintain them while upgrading. If you don't do that, most of the patched files you are using now will be overwritten with original Apple files and the OS will no longer run or even boot. Search the forum for 10.5.6 upgrade guides and other people who have the same or similar hardware to yours.
