average_joe Posted April 27, 2006 Share Posted April 27, 2006 I managed to get my D-Link DFE-530TX+ card un-greyed in the system preferences but I cannot get it connected to the internet. The diagnostics says Built in Ethernet - Failed. I have the red-dot internet blues. Get this in terminal with ifconfig. I don't really understand would any of that means. Any insight would be great. I've taken all the IP addresses from my working Windows network and entered them into the Mac OS but that doesn't work. Anybody have an ideas?
