JesterM
Hi All, Can anyone help me complete a semi-successful install on a Toshiba Satellite Pro L100-200 Notebook ? Using the iPC OSX 10.5.6 PPF5 install disk (no other flavour works on the Toshiba), I have been able to install the base OSX successfully. What I am uncertain of is which extra modules to load to be able to make OSX work on this laptop. After installing the base files, and the extra module I 'think' I need to be installing, the laptop reboots but then complains about 'waiting for root device'. This is probably quite simple to resolve, but being a relative newcomer to this I am finding difficulty in sorting out what needs to be installed. The spec of the Toshiba Satellite Pro L100-200 that I have is: Intel Celeron 1.5Mhz 40Gb SATA disk drive Atheros Wireless Netwoking ATI Radeon Xpress 200M Graphics I have searched and searched but cannot find any guide from somebody who has successfully installed OSX on this spec of Toshiba. It obviously does not need much of a tweak to get it running. I am simply looking for a bit of assistance from anyone to point me in the right direction to complete a successful install. Thanks in advance for any pointers Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/161390-help-semi-successful-install-on-toshiba-l100-notebook/ Share on other sites
