Yodda
Hey Everyone- I have been trying to figure this out for awhile and I cant seem to find a workaround. I am running Windows XP and MSIWindosx86 on the same HD. XP is my active partition cause I use it the most. I am using the NT boot menu with a Chain0 to get to the OSX partation, that all works fine. The issue I am running into is when i select OSX it then brings me to another boot menu, this time it's the Darwin one. Is there anyway that when OSX is selected in the NT menu that it will actually boot up without going into the Darwin options. I read the boot "Tips and Tricks" and I tried modifying the boot.plist settings in OSX(targeting the OSX partation through "rd=disk1s2") but I have had no luck. Can anyone please help?? c0rk007hck
Just install chameleon 2, and make your mac partition active. Then have you a nice boot menu between mac and windows Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/161359-nt-boot-used-darwin-options-not-needed/#findComment-1128825 Share on other sites

Yodda
After looking into Chameleon, I have decided that it's not for me and I want to stick with the NT bootloader. My question in the original post still stands. thx Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/161359-nt-boot-used-darwin-options-not-needed/#findComment-1131488 Share on other sites
