iPC 10.5.6 DL DVD Install on HP Pavillion DV2915nr Notebook

iPC 10.5.6 Live DLDVD 6.5gb OSX installation on HP DV2915nr

 

Get iPC 10.5.6 live 6.5gb and burn it to a DL DVDrw .

Boot it up Press F8 at Darwin prompt type -V

Once loaded select utilities and open disk utilities select HDD or partition and format to mac jornaled and give it a one word name.

Once completed exit disk utilities and click continue and then click agree then select your drive you just formatted and click continue, NOW !!! click customize and select the following,

 

iPC 10.5.6 Base is pre selected leave it selected

1.Kenal= 9.2.0 Nektas speed step

2.Video= GMA x3100

3.Chipset= Intel Ichx SATA

4.Audio= Conexant HD Audio

5.Network=Marvell Yukon 88E039/8053

6.Power=Power Management Package

7.Fixes=IntelCPUMDisabler, and P/S 2 device support

8.DSDT patch=DSDT with New Hpet.

9.NO BOOT LOADER SELECTED

10.APPS=Kext Helper and NTFS 3g+Macfuse

 

Intel 3945 WiFi Does Not Work!!! If anyone knows how let me know?

 

After install recover vista by doing the following:

1. Boot with your vista install disk and click repair computer.

2.On the menu click command promt.

3.Type diskpart

4.Type list disk

5.Type Select disk (your vista disk #).

6.Type List partition

7.Type select partiton (Your Vista Partition #).

8.Type Active.

9.Type Exit.

10.Take the vista install disk out and reboot.

 

Dual Boot by downloading and utilizing BCDedit in vista and adding a generic osx86 pc entry.
