Hijackthis for mac (Startup editor)

I didn't use hijackthis for malware all that often on windows, but i did use it to see if to much junk is starting up.

 

I prefer my system to boot as fast as possible, is there a program that i can see whats starting with OSX (and i dont mean in system preferences/user accounts)

 

I want to know everything that has a command at startup, except maybe mandatory driver start ups.

 

Does any start up software exist?

 

I installed adobe and office software, and it nearly doubled my startup time.
