Tried booting with -x, "Graphics Mode"= etc but to no avail. MGJulius Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 I have the same laptop...and here's what ive collected from it. 1) Will run vanilla kernel w/ both cores iff (if and only if) you mod the bios...otherwise you must use a modded kernel and the "cpus=1" flag 2) No luck so far on the Mobility HD Radeon 2400, you can run it in VESA mode but you can only get QE/CI with an external display. 3) Intel Wifi 4965AGN is not supported and will not work 4) Ethernet/Sound/Bluetooth work Pm-me or replay to this thread for any more comments....btw besides OS X not 100% i love this laptop If you want to boot up off the disc with success use JaS 10.5.4 (i think leo4allv3 worked as well too) iATKOS/Kalyway do not work Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/160895-black-screen-on-boot-after-installation/#findComment-1126880 Share on other sites More sharing options...
