nexenta81 Posted April 6, 2009 Share Posted April 6, 2009 Hi, Because there are some old topics (from 1-2 years ago now) regarding the best specs for running Logic 8 on a hackintosh I will ask you the same questions considering the new existing hardware on the market. I plan to change the direction after a lot of "white nights" next to my Dual AMD core followed only by poor and very poor performances using Logic 8. I plan go for Intel and especially for Intel quad core processors. I made a little search regarding which processor should I take on which motherboard but hmm.. there are quite a lot of opinions and this makes my decision difficuld. I need something stable and 100% compatible with Leopard and of course Logic 8. Is not importand to be the latest "cream of the top" technology but to have compatibility and good results on the studio.
