PS/2 Keyboard typing errors

Hello,

 

I often get typing errors, on my Inspiron 1720 under MAC OS, like sticky-keys effect (Some keys spontaneously start to repeat their symbols, like being held for long, after been released. And sometimes symbol '7' appears repeatedly instead of symbol marked on sticky-key). I have dual-boot with Windows XP, so I'm, sure that hardware works perfect.

 

Does anybody else have this troubles?

 

I'm using Leopard v. 10.5.6. on Inspiron 1720 with USB mouse. Almost all works fine excluding:

1. shutdown/reboot (OS hangs after offloading with nvInject used to get video working);

2. sleep not working (computer wakes instantly)

I have the same problems (all 3) on a Dell Vostro 1510. 10.5.5, 10.5.6 and 10.5.7 all doing it.
