BennyPan Posted April 6, 2009 Share Posted April 6, 2009 My system: Intel P4 Duo core E8200 2.66GHz Geforce 9500 GT 512MB DDR2 4GB DDR2 ram at 533MHz ASUS P5GC-MX/1333 motherboard] I installed iATKOS 5i 10.5.5 Leopard and I formatted my IDE hard drive as Mac OS Extended (Journaled). I chose the option MBR. Then I followed the setup: I tried all three kernel, fassl led to installation failure whereas voodoo and ToH made my pc froze in booting after successful installation. I chose without AHCI because I m using my old IDE hard drive (I don't want to format my whole SATA drive which contains my Vista and all backup). I searched the OSx86 database it says both kernel ToH and Voodoo works fine for ASUS P5GC-MX/1333 motherboard. I am not very confused have no idea why it froze~!!
